TRUTH WAR — Book 2 occupies the continuity window after DAWN Book 2 and through the early and middle period of DAWN Book 3.
Its narrative function is to follow the evidence architecture surrounding the larger conflict: how records survive, how testimony fractures, and what happens when proof must be distributed because no single institution can be trusted to hold it.
